The heavy doors of the council chamber slammed open. Every council member turned as Jungkook’s voice rang through the hall—clear, unshaken.

“She is mine,” he said, standing beside Jimin, his hand protectively around the smaller Omega’s shoulder. “From this day forward, he bears my name—Jeon Jimin. No law, no title, no decree will change that.”

A ripple of shock moved through the assembly. Guards hesitated, uncertain. Namjoon watched silently from the throne-like seat, unreadable.

Jungkook guided Jimin toward the exit. Each step echoed like a drumbeat of defiance until the doors closed behind them.

Namjoon placed a reassuring hand on his son’s shoulder. “Perhaps only one secret for today,” he said with a knowing look. “Remember this, Jay—when fate ties two hearts against all reason, their bond reshapes the future. One day, you’ll understand.”

Jay tilted his head. “You mean you already know what happens next?”

Namjoon’s smile deepened. “Let’s just say the future of the Jeon line and our own may be closer than anyone expects.”

Jin sighed, amused but bewildered. “You never explain everything at once.”
