Chapter 52 — No Loans

Poornima looked at the property details again, then turned toward Veeresh.

Poornima: "Veer, I want everything to happen within three crores."

Veeresh looked at her carefully.

Veeresh: "Everything?"

Poornima nodded.

Poornima: "Yes. The land, construction, interiors, kitchen equipment, furniture, licenses, staff setup and everything else."

She pointed toward the budget plan on the laptop.

Poornima: "Even if it costs more, we will stop. I don't want to take a loan."

Veeresh listened silently.

Poornima: "No loan, Veer. I don't believe in loans and EMIs."

She shook her head firmly.

Poornima: "I don't want to start my dream with debt hanging over my head."

Veeresh nodded slowly.

Poornima: "If the money isn't enough, I'll wait."

She looked at the restaurant layout with determination.

Poornima: "I'll save again and restart my dream. I don't mind waiting."

Veeresh understood how serious she was.

Poornima: "That's what my Papa always told me."

She smiled faintly.

Poornima: "He taught me to spend what I have and not take unnecessary loans just because I want something immediately."

She looked directly at Veeresh.

Poornima: "So see through it properly, Veer. Make sure everything fits within my three crores."

Veeresh nodded.

Veeresh: "Okay."

Poornima raised an eyebrow.

Poornima: "You're not going to argue?"

Veeresh smiled.

Veeresh: "No."

He closed the laptop gently.

Veeresh: "It's your money and your dream. If three crores is your limit, then three crores is the limit."

Poornima smiled.

Veeresh: "We won't take a loan. We won't take an EMI. We'll plan everything properly and prioritize what matters most."

Poornima nodded happily.

Poornima: "Thank you, Veer."

Veeresh: "I'll make sure the plan stays within your budget."

Poornima smiled at him.

Poornima: "Good. That's why I asked my expensive husband for help."

Veeresh chuckled.

Veeresh: "Anything for the restaurant owner."

Poornima smiled and turned back toward the laptop.

For her, the dream wasn't about opening the biggest restaurant.

It was about building something of her own—without debt, without shortcuts, and without depending on anyone.

And Veeresh was ready to help her make that dream possible on her terms.
